Important Information

1. When is Massage FORBIDDEN?

Before booking an appointment with me, please review my summary of general contraindications. If you have any of these, I will unfortunately not be able to perform the massage.

  • fever

  • trauma (fracture, burn, sprain)

  • TB

  • drunk or drugged state

  • cancer diseases

  • the first 6 weeks after surgery (except with medical permission)

  • During pregnancy, in the first three and last months

  • during the heaviest days of menstruation

  • certain circulatory and vascular problems

  • advanced osteoporosis

Please note: If you have diabetes, bleeding disorders, pregnancy, any previous surgery, or other serious health problems, please consult your doctor before receiving a massage. He or she will be able to determine if it is safe for you to participate in the treatment.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling conditions

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of the treatment. If you cancel within this deadline, 50% of the massage price will be charged/paid.

  • Changing the appointment (postponement, transfer): If something comes up and you would like to reschedule the treatment, you can do so completely free of charge no later than 1 hour before the start.
